Dr. Rhonda Davin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience in the fields of developmental disabilities and autism. She has served the field as a teacher, college professor, consultant, and expert witness. She started Behavior Consulting Services which provided direct behavior analytic services to children with autism and their families. She has supervised and mentored several behavior analysts and service providers currently practicing in the field today. Dr. Davin has also provided technical assistance for large-scale organizational change efforts in the area of Positive Behavior Supports.
Subject Matter Expert: Kimberly Woolery, M.S., BCBA
Kimberly Woolery is a highly motivated professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of Behaviour Analysis. She has an M.S. in Counselling Psychology with a concentration in Advanced Applied Behaviour Analysis. She believes that Telehealth services can not only be ethical and effective but are a means of breaking geographical barriers and providing services to neurodiverse individuals in underserved areas. She has been utilizing the Telehealth model since 2013.
Kimberly was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica which has given her a unique perspective on various Cross-Cultural Barriers that not only the Jamaican population faces, but the Jamaican diaspora and the BIPOC population across the globe. These barriers sparked her interest to conduct research on how to implement and provide Culturally Responsive and Sensitive Services. Her goal is to continue to disseminate information while collaborating with like-minded professionals to educate practitioners on ways they can adapt treatment protocol to be culturally applicable with the families they work with.
Kimberly has presented her research on Telehealth and Cultural Responsiveness at various behaviour analytic conferences. She also enjoys hosting webinars and continues to provide other continuing education opportunities.

Ms. Workman is an Instructional Designer at Relias. She has a Master of Arts in Technology and Communication, as well as graduate certificates in Public Health, Epidemiology, and Digital Communications. Ms. Workman has a background in writing and designing online continuing medical education for physicians and other health professionals on multiple educational platforms, including web-based, game-based, and immersive learning environments. She has also used simulation training extensively to connect learning to real-world environments.
